The team gives you time with your pet and family to discuss what course of treatment that needs to be done.

Over the years that we have been coming to this team today we once again had to call upon their compassionate side. Our dog of 12 years had to be taken in on an emergency call and they took him in immediately and once again they took amazing care of our dog and made sure we were ok as well and that we understood everything that was discussed and our next step. After discussing all our options, quality of life after surgery from his injuries we all agreed in the best interest of him we should euthanize him believing this was the kindest thing we could do for him. [The] staff were so compassionate and took paw prints for a plaque and are giving us hair samples of him and said they will check in on us in a couple of days. They gave us private time in a room before they took him to get in intravenous line in and then brought him back to us where we got to spend the last moments with him comforting he was welcomed back home to Rainbow Bridge.
