This week’s topic: Kennel and Crate Training

Your dog should learn how to be calm when in a crate or kennel and separated from you.  This is easier said than done! Along with the usual puppy socialization, learn how to crate train your puppy so that they are well prepared if you ever need to leave your pet at a boarding facility, travel with them, or set boundaries for some other reason.

We ask that puppies are over the age of 10 weeks and have received a physical examination and booster with one of our Veterinarians before attending classes. Puppies are allowed to come until they reach 6 months of age. For socialization classes please have your puppy on a buckle/snap collar and leash. No pinch collars or choker chains allowed in class.
