Princess is a beautiful little Pomeranian X that has attended Martensville Veterinary Hospital ever since she was a small pup! She was a healthy puppy with no health concerns, and her owner, Sheri, had purchased our HeadStart Puppy Package for her.

Settle down is a tool we use to help keep puppies calm and quiet. This position allows our puppies to become accustomed to touch and restraint and allow owners to be in control or to bring down the energy level when needed.

I grew up with a series of cartoons, shows and editorials pitting cats against dogs and categorizing people as either cat lovers or dog lovers. I still love the cartoons, but I’m not sure that we need to impose a rivalry in our day to day lives. We can love both!
